Middle eastern Exchange Merchants) was founded by in 1999, beginning a legacy of investment and expansion in the energy sector. The main production processes of high-octane components of motor gasoline are catalytic reforming of straight-run gasoline fraction from the complex of primary oil processing and catalytic cracking of heavy oil fractions (vacuum gas oil). Since 2014 the factory has started to produce unleaded gasoline.
